Klausie's Pizza is a food truck that serves deep-dish, Detroit style pizza. The truck is named after the owner's son, who is also pictured in the company logo. They fed attendees at the first official Triangle Wiki public meet up and are the unofficial favorite food truck of the Triangle Wiki.
The owner, Mike Stenke, led the initiative to change Raleigh's regulations to allow food trucks to do business in the Capital City.
