Crystal German is the former Vice President of Economic Inclusion at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Minority Business Accelerator. Before spearheading the Chamber’s inclusion efforts, she worked for the North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development. German has degrees from both Florida A&M University as well as from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from Brooklyn, German is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati and the Urban League’s African American Leadership Development Program and has been named to the Business Courier’s 40 Under 40 list.
