December 2015 Garland Rowlett tornado - Dallas

On December 26, 2015, an EF-4 tornado hit the cities of Garland and Rowlett with substantial damage and loss of life.

December 26, 6:51 p.m. NWS Fort Worth. "at 651 pm at the time of the Garland/Rowlett tornado near Interstate 30 and President George Bush Turnpike. The strong rotation is clearly evident on radar along with several indications of debris being lofted into the air."
