site of former Colonial Theater
The Colonial Theater was located at 750 Wealthy SE and owned and operated from 1913 - 1950 by Beechers Theatres with a seating capacity of 408. The current building on the site appears from the outside to potentially house a small neighborhood theater. Just beyond the lobby area the building gets taller with a large peaked-roof.
