Palms is a neighborhood in Los Angeles. Its borders are roughly I-10 to the north, I-405 to the southwest, and Venice Blvd. to the southeast. It is one of the most densely populated and youngest neighborhoods of LA.

Orginally called "The Palms" when it was founded in 1886, Palms is the oldest neighborhood annexed to the city, in 1915. Palms is also home to one of the oldest buildings in Los Angeles: the Ivy Substation.
