Cat Town is a non-profit that partners with Oakland Animal Services to provide temporary foster homes for cats that struggle in shelter environments (making it difficult for them to get adopted). Additionally, they are working towards opening a cat sanctuary in Oakland and work towards reducing the number of feral cats that are euthanized by looking for safe outdoor homes for feral cats & advocating for feral cats to exist in Oakland.
