Chateau de la Colline is a large apartment building at 4188 Greenwood Avenue at the corner of Norwood. It was completed in 1929.
It was built by Bay Counties Construction for State Income Properties, Inc. It featured Marshall & Stearns wall beds and Frigidaire refrigerators.
