Dimond Recreation Advisory Council Meeting
Saturday, January 11, from 11:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m., the Dimond Recreation Center will host the Dimond Recreation Advisory Council Meeting on tennis court renovations and Dimond rental garden plot installation.
Hosted in the Center’s Main Social Hall at 3860 Hanly Road, the meeting will allow community members, business partners, City officials and staff from the Office of Parks and Recreation to discuss the interest in and support for both projects. Having partnered with Merritt College Horticulture Department on Garden Design, the Dimond Park Community has also connected with other community partners who have expressed interest in becoming long term co-producers of a whole earth program, and are still seeking to find tennis sponsors to do the same.
