This community event is open to anyone interested in learning more about the impact of foreclosures on our city and homeowner protections in the recently enacted California Homeowners˘ Bill of Rights. Speakers and workshops led by experts will address the questions and concerns of underwater homeowners, families threatened with foreclosure who need HUD-certified counseling or legal assistance and first-time home buyers seeking advice.
