Honeymoon Haven, was a display home that  was included in a 1935  "Home Show"  that featured four new homes in the Montclair area.   The Spanish Monterey, Colonial and California chalet styled homes,  were designed architects Newsom & Newsom, Frederick Reimers  and Frederick L Confer.  They were priced between $3,000 and  $4,000.

The Spanish Monterey "Honeymoon Haven" was designed by architects Newsom & Newsom and George Windsor was the builder.  Phil Heraty  was the exclusive sales agent for the home.    Jackson Furniture Company  furnished the home with the thought of providing a tastefully decorated and comfortable home, with minimal expense.   The entire five room home cost no more than $600.00.

The home is located at 13049 Broadway Terrace in the Merriewood neighborhood of  Montclair.
