Hopkins Town was the name of  small subdivision in the Dimond District.  It went on sale in September 1922.  The California Subdivision Company was the agency that handled the sales.

Hopkins Town was located at Hopkins Street (now MacArthur Blvd) Georgia, Maple and Peralta Avenue (now Coolidge) and Carmel and Morgan Streets.
