Please help identify this officer.
On January 4, 2012 an officer with the Oakland Police Department refused to identify himself despite being asked. This is in direct violation of Oakland Police Policy and a misdemeanor under California Law (830.10). Beyond this, he threatened a citizen with arrest for making a valid request for identification.
