John with the honeyClose-up of the honey

Stoltey's Bee Farm sells delicious honey at many different farmers' markets including Baywood, Paso Robles, Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Morro Bay, and San Luis Obispo.  They own a couple hundred beehivesall over the Central Coast - in Pozo, San Miguel, Atascadero, Paso Robles, Cambria, Morro Bay, Nipomo, Arroyo Grande, and Creston.

John Stoltey's grandpa, Paul, has been keeping bees for fifty-six years and isn't stopping anytime soon!

Some honey has a specific plant or flavor labeled on it.  "The alfalfa refers to the plant that the bees used to make the honey and that will change the flavor," he says.
