Philbrook Downtown is a satellite space to the 23-acre main campus of the Philbrook Museum of Art in Midtown. It allows Philbrook to allocate additional gallery space for its expansive Native American art and growing modern and contemporary art collections. The museum is located in the renovated Mathews Warehouse, a project initiated by the George Kaiser Family Foundation.
Philbrook Downtown officially opened Friday, June 14, 2013.
